La Corte restaurant, is proposing a series of cooking
lessons throughout the year.
Led by chef Rosi Zanon you will learn the little tricks of the
trade, tools and methods, as well as new dishes.
THE LESSON WILL TAKE IN FLUENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE
The lessons are suitable for small groups from a minimum of 2 to
8 people and aimed at anyone who wants to approach fine gourmet
cuisine from simple dishes for beginners to more elaborate
preparations.
Each participant is actively involved in the suggestion of recipes
and the creation of the menu.
